Grah Kavach is a dedicated provider of reliable, easy-to-use, and affordable fire safety solutions designed for homes, offices, shops, vehicles, and industrial spaces. Based in India, we focus on delivering high-quality fire extinguishers, safety tools, and preventive fire protection products that prioritize customer safety, durability, and performance.
2. Product Standards
We ensure that all our fire safety products are developed using tested, quality-approved materials. Each product undergoes inspections to meet applicable safety and performance guidelines.
However, please note:
- Fire Safety Equipment: All products comply with standard fire safety guidelines. Correct installation, regular inspection, and proper usage are the responsibility of the customer or their authorized technician.
- Product Variations: Minor changes in weight, color, shape, or packaging may occur due to manufacturing processes or material availability.
- Usage Responsibility: Fire safety tools must be used as per the instructions provided with the product.
3. Orders and Pricing
- All prices are subject to revision without prior notice.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (full or partial as per agreed terms).
- Custom, bulk, or specially manufactured products may require additional processing time.
- Grah Kavach reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of errors, non-availability, or policy violations.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Estimated delivery timelines will be shared during order confirmation.
- Grah Kavach is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, logistical issues, natural events, or unforeseen external factors.
- Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer once the product is dispatched from our facility.
- Any damage during transit must be reported to the logistics provider as per their policy.
5. Warranty and Liability
- Products come with a warranty covering manufacturing defects only, as specified for each item.
- The warranty does not cover damages due to mishandling, incorrect installation, exposure to harsh conditions, unauthorized repairs, or improper storage.
- In any situation, Grah Kavach’s liability will not exceed the purchase value of the product.
- Fire safety equipment provides preventive support but cannot guarantee complete elimination of fire risks.
6. Intellectual Property
All brand names, logos, product designs, images, brochures, website content, and promotional material associated with Grah Kavach are protected intellectual property. Reproduction, distribution, or use of this content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Compliance and Governing Law
- All purchases and transactions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any dispute related to orders, product usage, or these Terms & Conditions shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajasthan, India.
